* fix(typebox): migrate to v1 with extension compat
Replace AJV-based validation with TypeBox-native validation, keep legacy extension imports working (including @sinclair/typebox/compiler), and restore coercion for serialized/plain JSON schemas.
This change closes#3112.

Switch first-party code to canonical typebox imports while retaining legacy extension aliases in the loader.
Remove obsolete runtime codegen guards, expand serialized JSON-schema coercion coverage, and update related tests and fixtures.

The truncation logic and error handling added in e1d3c2b7 (Dec 4, 2025)
was lost when message handling was refactored from slack.ts to main.ts.
Changes:
- Add try/catch to all Slack message functions (respond, replaceMessage,
respondInThread, setTyping, setWorking)
- Truncate main messages at 35K chars (Slack limit 40K)
- Truncate thread messages at 20K chars
- Add helpful user-facing notes when truncation occurs
- Log Slack API errors as warnings instead of crashing
Fixes: msg_too_long API errors causing process crash

Removes MomSessionManager which was missing methods expected by AgentSession
(appendMessage, getBranch, etc.), causing runtime crashes.
Now uses the standard SessionManager from coding-agent with a fixed context.jsonl
path per channel. The syncLogToSessionManager function handles syncing messages
from log.jsonl using SessionManager's public API.

Track all thread message timestamps during a run. When response is
[SILENT], delete all thread messages before deleting the main message.
This prevents the 'This message was deleted' tombstone in Slack.
When mom responds with just [SILENT], the status message is deleted
and nothing is posted to Slack. Useful for periodic events that check
for activity but find nothing to report.
- Usage summary now shows context tokens vs model context window
